CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the booked service. This policy is in place to respect the time I’ve set aside for you, as well as other clients who are waiting for openings. Thank you for understanding and all of your support!
